I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages on the way from the postal service of choice (UPS) to your doorstep.

I may provide most minor alterations up to 6 months post delivery upon discussion and agreement, with shipping to and fro to be paid by the client.

I provide a warranty for repairs on request for an additional fee.

Payments will be made through PayPal unless agreed upon other payment method.

50% of the price is non-refundable and is considered a down payment

After 50% has been paid down, materials will be purchased.

After shipping is paid upon products completion, it will be sent to the client.

50% of total cost (disincluding shipping) is non-refundable from the moment it is transferred.

The other 50% is refundable on a case-by-case basis depending on progress completed.

If suit is paid in full and materials are received the estimated timeline for completion is 6 months. However, this can take longer or shorter depending on various variables.

I will return any refunds back to the client on my end through paypal or the other specified method of payment that had been agreed upon.

Suit WIPs are to be anticipated at least once a week so long as there is not a lapse in payment for progress.

When the fursuit gets past 50% finished the remainder will be put on pause until 75% paid off.

Fursuit will not be shipped until 100% of the fursuit is paid in full and shipping has been charged as well.

I will always stop at every stage to get approval from the client to continue (base approval, design approval, color approval, pattern approval etc.) Please let me know if any changes need to be made at that time.

The client may be charged extra for going back and changing features when previously stated the features were alright.

All work is considered personal unless otherwise discussed and a commercial fee is made.

If commercial use is wanted, such as for monetary gains via youtube videos, streaming, etc you can pay a fee and have it be allowed to be used for specifically those things.

Don't tokenize or make the fursuit or photographs of the fursuit into an NFT (nonfungible token) This includes any blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, or future things that may be invented along these lines.

I have a 10% upcharge for my fursuit designs to be used in commercial usage.

You may use my artwork exclusively for personal use unless discussed prior (see: Commercial)

I don't tend to accept holds, but you're free to ask!

I do not offer a version without a watermark!

after lines are approved and all is paid in full the sale is considered final and there are no refunds.
